Y Design Services starts working on a project upon receipt of a down payment. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the client is charged the remaining balance upon completion of the project or within 15 days (after the first invoice is paid), whatever happens first. Websites are made live upon completion of the project, when all payments are cleared.
Additional services come at additional fees, on a fee for service basis or on an hourly rate. If clients require additional services, the correspondent fee is added to their invoice and they are charged accordingly.
If the client fails to process a payment on time, a late fee of $20 will be added to his/her bill and the project will automatically be put on hold or canceled. It is Y Design Services’ whole discretion to decide when to resume work on the project once the late payment is processed.
Delays in project completion may occur when:
– There is a delay in any payments
– The client requests further changes in the design, structure, or content of the project
– The client purchases an additional service related to the project
– There is a delay in the receipt of any materials from the client
– Time frame estimates are approximate only and are subject to change at any time at Y Design Services’ discretion. At any time, and at its whole discretion, Y Design Services may decide to put a project on hold.
All of our services are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We don’t stop working until our clients are completely satisfied with their solution. That is our commitment. However, Y Design Services will under no circumstances be held responsible to satisfy unreasonable expectations or requests that lie beyond the scope of Y Design’s offer of services to its client. It is Y Design’s discretion to decide whether or not a request or an expectation is reasonable or lies within the scope of offer of services to its client. As an example, if the client purchases a certain service, but in order to be fully satisfied, Y Design Services judges that an additional service is necessary, then it is no longer Y Design’s responsibility or commitment to satisfy the client. In other words, Y Design Services guarantees 100% satisfaction within the framework of its original agreement with the client, according to Y Design’s understanding.
Services or part of services (i.e. elements of a project) that have been approved by the client are considered as services with which the client is 100% satisfied. Any further work on these services (elements of the project) will be invoiced accordingly.
The term “update session” means about 2 hours worth of work on an existing website. It is Y Design’s whole discretion to judge whether or not a request represents 2 hours worth of work.
Unless clearly specified otherwise, all project statuses are set as “completed” after a 3 months period has passed (calculated from the first payment date).This means no more work will be done on that project and no service will be provided. This doesn’t apply to hosting and domain name registration services which are provided independently of the project status, and only according to the client’s payments.
All payments are final. It is Y Design Services’ policy that no refunds will be made.

Please keep in mind that for security reasons, Y Design Services always:
– Prevents unauthorized access, maintains data accuracy, and ensures the correct use of information, through appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information it collects online and offline.
– Hires the services of reliable third party companies to manage credit card information and payment gateway secured encryption for the websites of its clients. Such companies charge fees per transaction and/or fees per month for which the client is responsible. Most such companies offer various fee plans to best suit the needs of the client’s business depending on the volume of the client’s online transactions.
Themes & Plugins
We also offer WordPress Themes & Plugins, which means we build web software that users can use to power their websites or their client’s websites. People who run their websites on WordPress, or web development agencies that build websites for their clients on WordPress, can purchase our Themes & Plugins to assist them in the creation of those websites. Our Themes are pre-made templates that change how the website looks, while the plugins add functionality. Y Design Services offers various services to you, our Client and your End Users, through our website (www.ydesignservices.com), all of which are conditioned on your agreement to adhere to the following Terms of Service without modification of any kind.
– In our discretion, we may maintain different accounts for different types of Users. If you open an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then (a) “you” includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to these Terms of Service, and that you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.
– You may visit our Site without registering. However, in order to buy any of our themes or products you will be required to register for an account. When creating an account we will collect your name, address, country of origin and email. If you decide to purchase any of our products, you will also be required to submit your PayPal or credit card information to our third party payment processors. We may also ask you for additional information if necessary.
– Y Design Services is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by an incorrect e-mail address provided by you or any other technical problems.
After browsing our web site you may be interested in purchasing some of our designs. You will be required to submit payment information to do so. To process our payments we use PayPal or PayUMoney. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.
Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased. If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
Refund Policy: We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to thirty (30) days after the purchase was made. If you would like your money back, simply send us an email at [email protected] with a description of your problem and request for a refund.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for any applicable state, federal or provincial taxes. Although you may not be charged taxes by us, you agree that you will pay any applicable taxes or fees to your local or state tax agency for any purchases. We are not responsible for collecting, transmitting, or advising on taxes, duties, or other levies by the government regarding your purchases.

Y Design doesn’t serve as consultant for its clients, and they are entirely responsible for all that is found in their websites.
– Because of the nature of web design and programming work, websites always appear differently on different computers. Screen resolution, operating system, and browsing software are just a few examples of variables that may affect the way a website looks. The client must be aware of these possible variations and Y Design Services will not be held responsible for them.
